Private felt-making courses available - See events calender for dates. Have great fun with the ancient art of felt making. Using 100% natural fibres, make a beautiful piece of art, it's really very simple: To felt the fibres together, we begin by laying out the coloured fibres and then wetting, soaping and rubbing them together to finally create a beautiful piece of material, with a little help from me and your creativity of course! Perhaps make a bag, scarf or a hanging to decorate a bare wall. As for your design, come with an idea or I help you with some inspiration. You will be taught many fascinating techniques, some incorporating interesting yarns and materials. Guaranteed to be a fun day with a finished piece of art to take home.
